We appreciate all you guys did for us to make this happen! The only suggestion we have is that everyone should be told that the deal is contingent on you finding an investor. We were assured this was a done deal numerous times. So, you can’t even imagine how stressful and frustrating it was to be told the sale wouldn’t happen until you found another investor after the first one backed out. They effectively communicate with the sellers, and do make sure accomodations are met. Only downside from experience was a 14 day post occupancy agreement that either was not communicated well with the buyer, or the buyer may have shrugged off; 14 days was knocked down to 3 days due to buyer hiring contractors. As a whole the process is very easy and they’re upfront with you. The people who assisted us were Keenan and Dreena, and initial visit/contract was done by Kyle.
